Ordering information
To make a purchase, click on the images of the products then click the “Add to Cart” button. Items will then be added to your basket which can be viewed by clicking the basket icon in the top right hand corner of the webpage. To proceed to payment, click the “checkout” button.
We use Wix Payment with its integrated PayPal as a payment platform, you can pay using a credit or debit card or using a PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. PayPal take your information using an encrypted service. We do not have access to your payment details such as card numbers and therefore do not store this information on
any of our property.
Upon receiving your payment, we will email you within two working days to confirm when your order will be shipped. Receipts will be delivered with your order.
Delivery
Postage and packaging is a flat rate of £4.45 to the UK per order. Please contact us for overseas enquiries.
​We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we will email you to let you know once it is on it’s way but please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
The risk of loss or damage of goods passes to you once delivery has been made.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. If you return your item within 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund including postage. After 7 days we will refund you the price of the product (exclusive of postage and packaging) providing it is within 28 days and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of loss or damage of the product when you return it.
We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
None of these terms affect your legal rights.
